First Contact: This is a mutual interview with complimentary consultation and coaching session. It includes the following:
- Scouting Report: Are we a good fit? We’ll find out together during a mutual interview.
- Pre-conditioning: A 10 to 15 minute warm-up coaching session. It gives you a feel for the coaching process.
- Discovery: We will get an idea of what your challenges and goals are.
- Awareness building: Assessments and exercises to help recognize your resources and focus your energies.
Connecting: We can connect through any one or combination of the following modes of communication.

Scholarships: Give the Gift of Coaching.You can give a gift that will truly last a lifetime. For example, a $150 gift will provide six sessions of coaching for someone you know or you can give without a specific recipient to the Put Me In Coaching, LLC scholarship pool.
